PinkPapaya carefully select, design and handcraft each item to ensure the high quality we pride ourselves with. Each item has been photographed individually to ensure that the image you see is clear and accurate and the descriptions are as detailed as possible.
Here at PinkPapaya we welcome your custom and for your reassurance we will endeavour to answer any questions or queries that you may have regarding our products. All you have to do is email us by clicking HERE
Delivery
PinkPapaya aims to dispatch all items in stock within 5 working days. If the item is to be custom made then estimation of dispatch will be stated upon placement of order.
We will send you an email confirming your order and then another once your item has been dispatched.
Please note that all deliveries will be sent using the Royal Mail.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your PinkPapaya purchase then please contact us immediately through our customer service team HERE
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products you can return them for a full refund within 28 days and in perfect condition, the item must be returned with the packaging it was received in.
If your goods are damaged or incorrect we will either offer you a replacement or a full refund. We will also offer postage refund if the error was ours.
Unfortunately we are unable to extend our returns policy on earrings by guidance of the Health and Hygiene regulations.

PinkPapaya aim to dispatch all goods within 3 to 5 days unless the item is to be custom made, then we will state an estimation dispatch on receiving your order.

PinkPapaya will deliver to any UK address, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

You can pay for your purchases by credit/debit card securely through PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to do this.
